PROCEEDING FOR EMBEZZLEMENT AGAINST J C SCHIFFER

J C Schiffer was arraigned in Justice Millard's court on embezzlement charges after J M Dover claimed he entrusted 2920 shares of Pittsburg stock as security for a debt. Dover testified that the stock, once transferred to a third party, remained unsettled when he paid the account.
