Fisher’s Stolen Goods Identified by Owners

Fisher, charged with robberies and burglaries, was bound over to the Superior Court in two cases with bonds under 1500 each. A arresting officer testified about recovering two 100 pound cans of paint and a batch of brushes and tools found buried in the defendant’s chicken house. The Harvey eating house burglary was also bound over. The defendant claimed he bought the goods from a stranger for 35 dollars and buried them to store provisions for his wife and himself.
