In Vancouver, May 10, veterans assemble as Sam Shequin's body, believed to be from Heetchikan Washington, is slated for exhumation at Fort Munter. About 200 veterans already arrived, with additional groups en route from Baltimore and Seattle to support the inquiry into the 19000 Veterans bonus movement and the vanished 30 cent payment found with the body.
