Three Arrested on Rape Charge at Craig Friday
Three men were arrested at Craig by Deputy U S Marshal Fred Bryant on charges of assault with intent to commit rape. William Kahkler Harold Frank and Richard Louth were arraigned and waived a preliminary hearing. They were directed to be bound over the Federal Grand Jury at Ketchikan on $5,000 bonds each.
