Washington March 20 John Li Lewis today accepted a government invitation to meet coal operators on Monday. He warned the mediation talks may not yield progress, saying operators lack power to reach an agreement over the miners retirement pension fund disbursement from the $30 million Miners Health and Welfare Fund. The strike has halted most of the vituminous sector and disrupted steel and other plants.
