SAN FRANCISCO Dec 27 The Wage Stabilization Board approved a wage boosting contract for the Sailors Union of the Pacific. SUP chief Harry Lundeberg said the pact with the Pacific Maritime Association, retroactive to Sept 30, includes a 62 percent wage raise, flat inequities raises, time and a half for overtime, an extra deckhand on offshore ships, and higher employer contributions to SUP welfare funds.

Two Tulsequah Miners Survive Dynamite Blast
