H L Christensen, formerly a prominent Alaska mining engineer and Alaska Juneau mill superintendent, was shot and killed in Globe Arizona. Alma Smith, sister of Clara Smith Hamon, who was acquitted of slaying Jack Hamon, shot Christensen and is hospitalized with wounds.
