Meanwhile Mrs Harold Sundring gave birth to a nine and a half pound baby boy at 8 30 this morning in St Ann Hospital. both mother and child are in satisfactory condition.

Dow Jones averages slid, with industrials near 139.11, rails 39.55, utilities 28.16, while Alaska Juneau mine and several majors posted mixed quotes and no sales were reported for United Foundries. A secret ballot awarded Cleveland 54 votes, Chicago 49, and Kansas City six, signaling a shift from the usual roll call. Chairman Henry P.
