Mrs. Margaret Weaver has been indicted as accessory before in the slaying of Ku Klux Klan attorney W. Coburn by Phillip Fox publicity agent for the Klan. Evidence supports indictments of several others. Weaver was with Fox days before the shooting and near Coburn's office when the shooting occurred.
