Alaska group opposes Boeing plant removal urges defenses

Revolvers in Bolivia Are Using Bombs
In La Paz Bolivian planes dropped mortar shells on the La Paz Army Airport and nearby college. Government spokesman said rebels used mortars due to lacking bombs. Four Million Dollar Blaze Rips San Francisco Warehouse
San Francisco August 30 A fire tore through a Safeway Stores grocery warehouse for six hours causing an estimated four million dollars in losses. Division manager G H Branj said the black square warehouse was worth about one and a half million with groceries destroyed around three million. More than 35 firefighters were injured though only four needed hospitalization.
