Three Die as Wells Transport Seaplane Crashes Near Vancouver
Vancouver dispatch says a Wells Transport seaplane crashed into Anders Lake, 150 miles north of Vancouver, killing Mr. and Mrs. Al Dean and W. J. Butt. Pilot Gordon McKenzie of Prince Rupert and A G Parker of Vancouver were seriously injured. Mr. and Mrs. T. J. Donohoe and Cecile Durbrow were among travelers passing through on the Aleutian route, heading home after an extended U.S. visit.
