London sources note German sailors at Wilhelmshaven mutinied to oppose submarine warfare. Ships reportedly cruised, officers attacked, vessels to be surrendered or sunk, with over 50 submarines missing and 23 mutineers to be executed. Admiral von Holtzendorff reportedly connected to the revolt.
