Farm pair's wagon overturns on viaduct ride
Roe Howard and his sister Miss Ruth Howard were returning from the farm when their light wagon was jolted on the east First street viaduct. The horse bolted up the hill, struck a crossing end, and overturned. Both occupants escaped with slight injuries as they were thrown clear of the wreckage.
