Miss Ruth Schlaberg head of the Expression Department has been accepted as a faculty member of the floating university for next year. She will be assistant director of dramatics. The university sails from New York on October 6 with 800 aboard for a 240 day world trip. It visits 26 countries studying social, economic and political issues.

Cornell prepares a June 1 pageant marking its Diamond Jubilee. Seven directors coach over six hundred actors as hundreds of artists, electricians, and carpenters build three stages and elaborate sets with new lighting.
