Carleton College defeated Cornell track team 84.5 to 42.5 at North field Minnesota in rough, slow conditions. Hooper and Bond led Cornell with wins in sprints and middle distances while Barbour excelled in the 440. Sprandel top Carleton in the javelin as field events favored the home team.
