Two Triangle Meets At Coe In Cedar Rapids Showdown

Two triangle track meets unfold Saturday at Coe College in Cedar Rapids featuring freshmen and varsity squads from Cornell College Iowa State Teachers College and Coe. Short Course in Engineering Concrete Design Planned

The Portland Cement Association will send W B Barker to campus next week to lecture on concrete mix theory and reinforced concrete design. Lectures run 6 45 to 8 15 in the Geology lecture room and serve as a short course for engineering students.

May Husk on Campus Showcases Frequent Contributors

Art Exhibit Opens Saturday in Law Memorial

The Law Memorial display runs 10 to 12 Saturday and 2 to 5 Sunday in the lower corridor and studio. Knight drives funds for Olds Seminary chemistry building

Hapgood to Speak at Cornell on Industrial Democracy

William P. Hapgood, general manager of The Columbia Conserve Co., will visit Cornell next Tuesday May 12 under the C C A to lecture on industrial democracy. He will speak in the chapel in the morning and present afternoon and evening lectures. Hapgood and his brothers began transferring management to the workers in 1917, with stockholders surrendering control and workers gaining equal policy power.
