Ehrmann Named Sociology Professor and Department Chair
Winston W. Ehrmann, AAUP associate secretary, named professor of sociology and chair of the Department of Sociology, effective September 1966. Ehrmann, Yale PhD, taught 21 years at Florida and Colorado State, with major work on Premarital Dating Behavior and various essays in sociology, anthropology, political science, marriage counseling and education.

May Music Festival to Feature Horne and Hollander
The 68th annual May Music Festival runs May 5 to May 8 at King Chapel. Lorin Hollander performs May 5 with a program of Mozart Beethoven Prokofieff and Saint Saens. Marilyn Horne sings May 6 with Handel Schumann and Rossini. Hollander, a prolific soloist and TV presence, is a pupil of Eduard Steuermann and son of violinist Max Hollander.
