Traveling Cup Won To Keep At Convention
The Iowa College Press association convention at Cedar Falls awarded The Cornellian the traveling front page trophy for the third straight time and gave it lasting ownership. The five column class also praised all around news value while College Eye won front page and all around in six columns. Old Gold and the Iowa State Teachers College annual led yearbook honors. Coe College Cosmos earned top editor and best ad awards. Main speakers were Frederick Lazell and Vernon Nash on the good editorial page and journalism in China.
