Phi Beta Kappa announces three new members Ruth Baker Nando Bozzini and Mrs Clara Rahne at the Delta chapter of Iowa Cornell college. Professor Littell says selection rests on superior scholarship. Baker joins a family of PBK honorees and has finished college in three years with activity in athletics music and social groups. Bozzini focused on language and started an Italian course for faculty. Rahne is married to Lloyd Rahn a Cornell graduate. Other campus PBK members include Alice Brookins Marie Schmidt Edwin Austin and Ashley Foard.

Grex Girls List Interests and Incoming Class at Cornell
Grex brings 145 girls from 34 towns outside Mount Vernon and Lisbon to Cornell this year. Of the registrants 18 will be ready to attend college next year. A Walt Gray survey shows athletics as the chief interest among the incoming class with 32 listing it.

Miss Mayne Funeral Held for Sister of Local Teacher
Funeral services for Miss Hor tense Mayne were held at her Emmetsburg home on Monday. A Cornell graduate from the class of 1922, she died Friday after a long illness. She taught English in several Iowa and South Dakota high schools and was recently involved in YWCA work in Ohio. Miss Winifred Mayne attended.
