Twelve Men Honored At Men's Senate Dinner Awards

The annual Men's Dinner at the Methodist Church honored nine seniors and juniors with the highest extracurricular and college achievement medals. Winners include Don Lawson Dick Moore Charles Hokonson Emil Anderson Merton McKendry Dick Heine George Young Gleb Ledorin and Martin Iestenbaum. Athletic awards for top GPA after three five and seven semesters went to senior Bob Swenson and runner up George Mann. junior honors went to Howard Schneider and Charles Harris. sophomore award went to Arthur Behl.

World Without End Play Slated For April Dates

The choice version of World Without End will be staged in the little theatre on Good Friday and Easter Sunday. Directed by Albert Franklin Johnson the religious drama will be performed by 16 members of the first year speech class at 4 p.m.

Modern Dancers Present Recital

Under Miss Williams direction the girls’ modern dance classes staged original routines as a class recital for the Orchesis Society this afternoon at 4 p.m. Each group of two to six dancers chose music, choreographed patterns, and costumes including tom tom rhythms and jack in the box style moves to fit the melody and time.
