The Cornell College band under John Duckwall will tour nine Iowa and Illinois cities from March 30 to April 2 1948 performing marches solos and novelties. Included venues are Stanwood DeWitt Sterling Prophetstown Rockford Freeport Forreston Polo Chicago Heights and more with Duckwall and J M Macaulay announcing the schedule.

Gray Announces Deadline On Drops At Registrar Office

A Red Cross water safety course is offered next week for students and Mt Vernon and Cedar Rapids residents to become qualified to issue Red Cross certificates in swimming and life saving.
