Registration for the second semester was held in Law Memorial building with a slight enrollment decrease expected from the first term. Dr. W S Ebersole reports better registration than last year and notes seventeen new or returning students, including Moises Mina from the Philippine Islands and Robert Shiplet of Mansfield Ohio, who will receive diplomas in June.
