Plans for Cornell Dormitory Approved for 128 Men
The men’s dormitory project at Cornell received formal approval from the building committee. It will house 128 students with ground floor amenities including a game room a hobby room a pressing room a small lunch room and kitchenette. Upper floors provide sleeping rooms with a lounge on the second floor and private baths possible. The committee will review bids from nine contractors with architect W J Brown of Cedar Rapids present.

Miller To Offer Own Compositions Sunday

Animal Life Movie Shown By Science Club
Films depicting wild animal life in Canada were shown in the geology lecture room on Thursday Dec 19 at 4 p m under the Science club. Topics included elk and other big game animals and smaller animals like the fox plus a reel on buffalo life. Two reels covered Banff region scenery and skiing. The Canadian National Park service supported the films.

Hutchinson Plans Series of Latin Texts
Prof. Mark E. Hutchinson returning from New York announces plans to write a series of elementary Latin texts. The first book should be ready in 18 months and published by Prentice-Hall. Co authored with Richard Walker of Bronxville High School.
