Fifty four students named on the honor list for 1926-27 by the faculty committee. Eighteen are Class of 27 graduates from June. Six juniors, fourteen sophomores, sixteen freshmen make the list with minimum 13 hours and subject based grades. Four students tied for first with perfect records: Ruth Jones, Jean Saul, Florence Schomberg, Lucile Trump. Four more placed in high honor: Richmond Anderson, Tom Jacobs, Geraldine Light, Phyllis Peterson. Nineteen students were placed in high honor.

Cornell representatives Geraldine Light and Irma Plaehn attended the tenth quadrennial convention of the Student Volunteer Movement in Detroit from December 28 to January 1.
