The Four Freshmen will appear in King Memorial Chapel Monday Feb 23 at 8 00 p m The group formed at Arthur Jordan Conservatory Indianapolis in 1948 and became known for a four voice sound with a barber shop flavor They have charted singles Day By Day Graduation Day Julie Is Her Name and hosted TV appearances and college and ballroom concerts Bob Flanigan Don Barbour Ross Barbour and Ken Albers comprise the group which has won multiple polls including Metronome Downbeat Billboard United Press and Playboy.

CSF Canvas For Hearth Fund Sunday
Cornell students join nationwide Heart Sunday on February 22 in Mt. Vernon for Heart Fund contributions. Sixty to seventy CSF volunteers are needed as Judy Warren announced. Wayne McKenna from the Heart Association will visit campus for the canvas. Participants meet at Bowman Hall at 1 45 p m Sunday.
