Cornell Will Stage Bargain Book Sale
A special sale of books mainly from English department courses will attract library collectors on Tuesday. Professor Tull will run the forenoon sale with his four English classes, and a college bookstore representative will handle the afternoon sale from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. Prices are greatly reduced with classics offered at sacrifice. The listings include seven Everyman's Library groups featuring Dickens Carlyle Jane Austen and Thackeray plus Dante’s Divine Comedy Carlyle’s Sartor Resartus and many copies of Old English Ballads.
