Plummer joins Cornell faculty as religion head
The Reverend Kenneth M Plummer has joined Cornell University as professor of religion filling the vacancy left by Robert Meyners. He will teach religion courses and head the Cornell Student Fellowship while moving with his wife and two sons from Lake Villa Illinois. Plummer, a Frostburg Maryland native, holds degrees from West Maryland College Garrett Institute and is completing a PhD in American Church History at the University of Illinois Divinity School. He defines education as a search for meaning aiming at self knowledge and preparation for a useful creative life.
