Over 100 Methodist ministers and laymen attend the joint session of the Davensfort and Cedar Rapids districts of the Upper Iowa conference in Mount Vernon Tuesday to Thursday. Presiding are Bishop Homer C. Stuntz Dr Keeler L C Lemon and Dr Frank Cole. Daily bible hour led by Prof Leslie E Fuller. Otis H Moore runs the gym recreational period at 4 30 daily. Yesterday featured addresses by Dr Frank W Court and others.

College Press Convention Set for Iowa City
The Iowa College Press Association to hold its sixth convention in Iowa City in late April. The executive committee from university and college newspapers met in Ames to finalize plans. Lowell Henshaw represented the local paper. Last year about 150 editors attended the Ames session. A program of speakers on editorial writing and advertising is planned.
