Cornell Students Attend Bruce Curry Conference at Parsons College
Ten Cornell students left Mount Vernon Friday afternoon and traveled to Fairfield to attend the Bruce Curry Conference at Parsons College. Delegates from southern and eastern Iowa Christian Associations discussed modern problems and Christian living, exploring Jesus’ teachings, Beatitudes, and fraternity issues with Dr. Curry guiding sessions. The trip included attendees Ruth Stewart, Gertrude Parr, Tom Jacobs, Carl Felt, Walter Ratcliffe, Francis Hartung, Robert Davison, Robert Leewright, Richard Cooper, and Donald George from Iowa Wesleyan, Drake, and other colleges.

The first Cornell Gospel Team of the new semester was sent to Wyoming on Sunday. The all boy group led by James Delahooke includes Charles Hisatomi Howard Palmer Claude Rose and Hugh Chance and will conduct morning services Epworth League and the Methodist church service in Wyoming.
