Cagers Open Home Season With St Ambrose and Augustana

The Deanmen host St Ambrose tonight and Augustana Saturday in Alumni gym inaugurating the home basketball schedule. Captain Muilenberg leads the squad fresh from a Gophers win with Kellams shining as a forward option and strong bonding through bi weekly drills with Coach Diekoff.

Four Games On Class Basketball Program Tomorrow

The intramural class basketball tournament at the gym features four games tomorrow afternoon. Eight teams across two divisions will close the Christmas recess with a final contest, starting at 1:45 with the B division juniors and sophomores meeting in an undefeated showdown. The schedule continues with the senior-fresh game in B division and then junior-soph and senior-fresh matches in the A division. Standings show tentative leaders in Class A and junior/soph/FSH groups with winloss records and .1000 percentages, though the text is garbled in places.

English Club Dinner Monday at The Grill

The English club will dine at The Grill Monday at six o'clock. Members should sign the list at the English office by Monday noon. A committee has arranged unusual entertainment promising to be extremely interesting and humorous.

College Humor named two Cornell players on its All American lists. Pete White earned a first team berth on the Color team while Smith received honorable mention on the Smith Bros. lineup.
