TV Room II Opens for Regular Meetings at Social Center
The Social Center Governing Board on December 6 approved a policy allowing TV Room II to be regularly scheduled for meetings. Bach Christmas Oratorio to be performed by Cornell College Choir
The Cornell College Oratorio Society led by Alf. S. Houkom will perform Bach s Christmas Oratorio in King Chapel at 3 p m Sunday. Soloists include Evelyn Clark Martha Jr tenor and Howard Nelson with Robert Clark De Anné Fromme Susan Messman Wilbur Kent Stuart Herrick and Dorothy Baggs as instrumentalists and tympanist. The festival marks Christmas Day through January 6 and Bach composed the work in 1734 for the celebration. The first three portions for December 25 26 and 27 will be presented.
