Prof T Raymond McConnell of the Education department spoke at the Iowa College Presidents Association meeting at Drake University Des Moines on December The talk surveyed the 24 public junior colleges in Iowa and assessed how the traditional four year college fits into anticipated higher education reorganization. A committee led by Pres Gage of Coe and including Pres Hillman of Simpson and Pres Burgstahler of Cornell had planned the junior college report. McConnell served as secretary, conducted the inquiry, and prepared the full report.
