Spokane, Nov 29. A. E. Davidson ex-councilman shot and fatally injured Vistor Hagland 35 near Dake Lone Idaho after a wage dispute with Miss Robertson the schoolteacher. Hagland died en route to Spokane hospital. Davidson surrendered and faces charges in a self defense claim.
