Arguments in Adams Case Trial Opens in Marble Creek District
Proceedings in the Steve Adams murder case focus on alibi evidence and date misstatements. Judge Woods rules on amendments to the August 10 1908 date while prosecutors seek to add Steve Logan to the information for battal. Witness testimony targets identification of remains and the timing of Fred Tyler's death, with the defense presenting alibi claims and noting the murder could have occurred within a broad August window.
