Chicago Fears Strike Over Arbitration Failure

Chicago aug 3 Arbitration without an umpire failed in the packing house teamsters dispute. Negotiations ended after the second deadlock among arbitrators. A strike was averted weeks ago by a four cent per hour wage arbitration pledge. Better Mail Service Hopes for Faster Spokane Trade

Militia Company Aims for Permanent Status
