Eclipse shaft details and extensive hoisting plants and equipment plus personal property. Terms require cash for purchases under 500 and credit for larger sums.
Fragmentary financial note from 1900 detailing G L Marsh Lumber Yard in Clayton and a condensed report from The First National Bank of Clayton including deposits and resources. The text is garbled with references to attestation and the Comptroller of the Currency as of November 12 1900.
The notice covers a civil case in Union County New Mexico where plaintiffs seek $92.75 plus costs. It warns defendants of attachment and sale of property if they do not appear by December 10, 1908. A separate Interior Department contest concerns land entry No. 8076 in Clayton, with a Jan. 16, 1907 hearing date.
