Clayton to Have Chataqua Course
A Clayton committee composed of H Rich mond Mills Chamberlain Mrs. Foe Gill Mrs. M. R. Jones Mr. Lord and Mr. Lord and Attorney Woodward met a Redpath Horner Co representative about a month ago and signed a five day Chataqua contract for Clayton in the coming summer. The circuit includes Trinidad Amarillo Dalhart Springfield and Clayton. Prices are 2.50 season tickets and 50c to 1.00 for single admissions. The course features 10 numbers including Melting Pot Military Girls Chicago Glee Club Killarney Girls, a large orchestra, a band concert and top lecturers. The committee secured the arrangement without a large guaranteed payment, avoiding a hold-up and ensuring educational value for attendees.
