Proclamation Bans Fireworks During July 4 Procession
A proclamation dated June 28 1904 forbids fireworks in Scotland for the July 4 1905 procession with police to enforce the ban. Auditor I L Wheeler reported returning from the Tri State Grain Dealers convention in Sioux Falls. Paul Landmann purchased land near Menno at 16 000 dollars for 50 dollars per acre. Jas Broum and wife traveled to Nebraska for a wedding then to Chicago for a two week visit.
