Bridgeman, long runnng a harness shop at Perkins, moves to Springfield and will open a new shop there. Drs Hollingsworth and Elima depart Avon and Tyndall for a seven week post graduate course at McGill College in Montreal. Tyndall forms a 58 member commercial club. Geo W Egan declares for governor with a mixed reception and a largely political, curiously uneventful showing. The rain Friday night stands out as more impactful than most political boasts.
