J H Mitchell Dead in Texas Woodmen Death Notice
J H Mitchell, a Woodmen of the World member near Carlsbad, died last Wednesday after typhoid and a marked bowel hemorrhage. He leaves a wife, six children including Lige and Florence, a Alabama mother, nine siblings, and a large funeral attended by the Woodmen. Insurance stood at $1,000. pallbearers included Kircher, Brown, Fenton, Marley, Ohnemus, and others. Dave Mitchell, recovering, was cared for by Mrs Boyd after the funeral.
