Eddy County Democrats Adopt 1906 Rules For Primaries 1908
Eddy County Democratic central committee met in Carlsbad to adopt rules from 1906 with amendments for 1908. The meeting set primary date for June 27 1908 and chose judges per precinct, defining voter qualifications and ballot procedures, including to elect delegates to a county convention on April 7 at the Carlsbad court house.
