Robbery at Spig's Service Station Sparks Ada News

A break in at Spigs Service Station on Sixth and Main in Ada yielded under $40 in cash and checks after access was forced through a small window. Police believe youths committed the theft, timing it between closing Monday and Tuesday morning while banks were closed on a holiday. Claude Duval of Nampa was selected as county chairman for Canyon Republicans at a special meeting of the county central committee last Friday. Three Killed In Auto Wreck On Nampa Road

A Sunday noon crash on the Caldwell Nampa highway left three dead and two others under arrest on manslaughter charges. The Studebaker driven by Carl Moultrie of Nampa collided with a Buick driven by Stemper of Parma, flipping the Buick and trapping its passengers.

City Council to Discuss Movies Monday
