Caldwell to sell 423000 general obligation bonds
Caldwell city council adjourned meeting voted to advertise sale of about 423000 worth of general obligation bonds to cover 7 percent deficiency warrants and refunding outstanding bonds. Taxpayers had refused these bonds Tuesday but market conditions force sale despite disapproval. Gr Westcott appointed to council, budget for 1921 discussed, sewer extension request referred, bids on district No 4 and sewer listance No 6 bonds sought, next meeting Monday.

Walter J. Quill of Syracuse brother in law of Rev. A F White of this city died in a recent New York Central wreck.
