Christian Church Seeks Union Talk Next Sunday

Chautauqua festival gains support from local business fund

Caldwell hosts a six day Chautauqua festival on Friday July 2 backed by 36 local business leaders guaranteeing profits if needed. Gold Dust Found Near Canyon Station by Lander Team

Richard Lander and two associates discovered 13 pounds of gold dust and nuggets near Canyon station on the Boise and Interurban railroad line. The gold, hidden in a canvas bag, is estimated at about $1000. The owner is presumed dead or unable to recover the cache.
