Fruit growers of Boise and Payette valley are asked to meet at Boise Commercial Club rooms on February 23 at 2 p m to unite growers and discuss fruit growing and its care for this year.
The Forward club plans a social meeting on Tuesday February 16 at 3 PM. The program includes papers by Mrs Dorman on Some Things that Need to Be Done and Miss Steunenberg on Then and Now, plus a cooking demonstration by Mrs A B Gipson and Mrs Ed L Bryan.
A city treasurer notes funds were deposited with American State Bank and a $6000 bond filed, but she will comply with the ordinance only after city council and depository meet the requirements. Burial followed at Canyon Hill cemetery after witnesses corroborated the account. The incident ends with the verdict and remarks on its mix of comedy and tragedy.

He claims a companion and steward died and insists he alone knows the treasure’s whereabouts, with plans to outfit a small steamer upon reaching the South Pacific islands. He has a Providence, Rhode Island, family.
The centenary of Abraham Lincoln's birth was observed in Caldwell with business closures and a program led by the Women's Relief Corps. The event featured piano duets, prayers, music by the Caldwell Glee Club, addresses by W. S. Hawkes, P. A. Wiley, and T. A. Walters, and a sermon summary from Rev. Springer.
