Bowbells Lawyer Fred B. Andrews Dies Suddenly
Fred B. Andrews a prominent Bowbells lawyer with a statewide reputation died suddenly Monday morning after about 14 hours with Bright's disease. Born in Merrill Wisconsin in 1875 he moved west, studied law at the University of North Dakota, practiced in Grand Forks, then Bowbells where he became Burke county state attorney and city attorney before his death. Funeral services drew large crowds with Masonic rites and cemetery interment at Bowbells.
