Hebrob Nov. 25. Phillip Braziet, longtime owner of purebred Hereford cows, sues neighbor Theodore Ding for 4000 damages claiming Ding’s mongrel unregistered bull jumped the fence and caused the incident.
Grana North Dakota reports a carload of lambs sold at the South St Paul market led by Rev. James Atett of Hannah and Mr. Austin. The animals averaged 170 to 180 pounds, nearly all shorn by the grower. Austin also sold a cardload of deck and praised sheep farming as highly profitable for farmers.

Bismarck North Dakota November 26 Fred J Kelley 56 former Nelson county state’s attorney and prominent Lakota attorney shot himself through the head in a local hotel shortly after eight o’clock last evening found dead in his bed bullet entered right temple death instantaneous despondency believed cause J Taylor state superintendent of public instruction brother in law said he saw Kelley at 2 pm yesterday afternoon and he seemed normal though worried over business affairs Taylor left Bismarck for Fargo yesterday afternoon and was notified of the tragedy on his arrival He was at one time county judge of Nelson county and served as Nelson county state’s attorney He was a Mason and member of the Grand Forks Judge of Bikes Kelley survived by widow and one son in Lakota a brother Robert Kelly and a sister Elizabeth Kelly in Kroten ND another brother in Ogdenaberg Form disjointed text preserved.
Hazen November 25 a horse lunged as it was whipped. A windless beam snapped back with force, striking Henry Radke aged 24 in the forehead and crushing his skull. He was working aloft and moving a lumber shed when killed instantly. his body found hours later by his brother.
A man identified as Huqueor and others faced embezzlement charges involving about 2500 dollars from Manda D company. Investigations at Werner warehouse revealed missing inventory and auditing irregularities. An arrest warrant led to detainment and extradition efforts as authorities pursued the case.

In Fessenden North Dakota on November 25 Miss Hilda Strobel suffered severe hair loss after her hair was pulled into a belt driving a washing machine powered by a four horsepower engine. Her head was bruised and scalp burned as her father started the engine and she worked near the machine.

Fred Sarchanio the man who shot and killed another man on No 4 train on the Great Northern at White Earth a few days ago pleaded guilty to judge Pink Bad Was sentenced to blue es the peniténhars and the aelastion 3 pain him. He concluded that he could not hope to get from court. One these circumatancen fe entered Hes of guilty.
The 32 year old Ross, who had been released from Stoney Mountain after serving time for a Pembina burglary and later escaped, was recaptured at the Columbia hotel in Grand Forks. Authorities had tracked him after his Canadian imprisonment, and he faces further questioning as he attempts to straighten his record. He and an accomplice reportedly held four men during the Saturday night incident. the other suspect remains at large.
Catherine Kerr, once claiming Springbrook as home, is jailed on an insanity charge. She is confined in Joe’s Hospital under physician care and county judge supervision while relatives are summoned. Grand Forks North Dakota November twenty fifth twelve year old Arthur Burgess will live after a blood transfusion performed by his father C M Burgess at 1115 Belmont Avenue. The operation followed a tooth extraction and prolonged bleeding that weakened the boy. Since the surgery the boy has shown steady improvement and doctors expect him to leave the hospital tomorrow.
