R F Warren cashier of the yegen bank at Gardiner pleads guilty in district court to assault in the second degree on Editor Geiger of the Wonderland. He is fined 250 dollars plus costs totaling about 350. The case stems from Geiger articles accusing Warren of abuse. Warren struck Geiger at W A Hall's drug store Gardiner.
