Gus Dibbert, a Rolette working man, was killed instantly while helping move a building from McCumber to Rolette. He sat beneath the raised platform under the building when a 14 by 14 Washington fir piece broke and crushed him. He noted cordial reception in Langdon and brought back premium seed wheat from the state experimental farm.

Stabbed Foreman During Intoxicated Attack
In Cando North Dakota on November 18 Elza Russell two farm hands stabbed George Rabb the farm foreman during a bout of intoxication. Rabb sustained two severe wounds and the assailant fled and remains at large. The Bowbells district board of education plans its next regular meeting in the city this afternoon. Mr and Mrs Geo H Gjertsen traveled to Wisconsin to visit a sick relative. Dr and Mrs A Reiner and their son from Minot visited Mrs N L Simonson to spend time at her home. The Presbyterian church ladies and society held a pound sale Monday evening in honor of Rev Spence and his wife with many attendees.
