Bismarck N D Nov 17 W B Vadnais former Divide county auditor serving a penitentiary sentence for falsifying county records was released from prison Armistice Day after the supreme court granted a writ of habeas corpus Vadnais had pleaded guilty to record falsification with a suspended sentence in mind The state attorney revoked the suspension and Vadnais was returned to prison to serve a five year term Vadnais contends the parole suspension was illegal and that he had not violated any parole order
